Rooted in Odessa, Ukraine

A Tradition Passed Down Through Generations

I grew up in Odessa, Ukraine, making nalysnyky, delicate Ukrainian crepes filled with sweet and savory ingredients, side by side with my mom.

When we immigrated to the United States, we carried our family recipes with us, along with the dream of sharing these flavors with our new community. What began in our home kitchen has grown into Ptashka.

Ptashka means “little bird” in Ukrainian, a name that keeps our heritage close as our family story continues to grow.
